About Me

I'm Debbie, a newly retired woman of a certain age who has always loved travel, studying foreign languages, meeting new people and learning as much as possible about other cultures. Most especially, France and the French! I could never explain my obsession with France, but have always dreamed of living there. Recently, my husband Bob and I seized an opportunity to purchase a share in an apartment in Paris, which allows us to spend two weeks there, twice a year.  What a thrill! Now, the more we visit the City of Light, the more comfortable we have become with maneuvering through its diverse neighborhoods, discovering great food and drink, taking in live music, museums, shopping -- basically, learning to live like a Parisian -- and now, I'd love to share my experiences with you!
